Chemical peel

A chemical peel is a procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The skin that grows back is smoother. With a light or medium peel, you may need to undergo the procedure more than once to get the desired results.

Chemical peels are used to treat wrinkles, discolored skin and scars — usually on the face. They can be done alone or combined with other cosmetic procedures. And they can be done at different depths, from light to deep. Deeper chemical peels offer more-dramatic results but also take longer to recover from.

A chemical peel is a skin-resurfacing procedure. Depending on the issues you’re addressing with the procedure, you’ll choose a chemical peel in one of three depths:

Light chemical peel. A light (superficial) chemical peel removes the outer layer of skin (epidermis). It’s used to treat fine wrinkles, acne, uneven skin tone and dryness. You might have a light peel every two to five weeks.

Medium chemical peel. A medium chemical peel removes skin cells from the epidermis and from portions of the upper part of your middle layer of skin (dermis). It’s used to treat wrinkles, acne scars and uneven skin tone. You might need to repeat the procedure to achieve or maintain the desired result.
Deep chemical peel. A deep chemical peel removes skin cells even deeper. Your doctor might recommend one for deeper wrinkles, scars or precancerous growths. You won’t need repeat procedures to get the full effect.

HydraFacial

A hydrafacial is one of the most powerful, non-invasive skin resurfacing treatments available today. It combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection that removes dead skin cells and impurities, while simultaneously delivering moisturizing serums into the skin. The word “hydra” in Hydrafacial refers to it’s incredibly hydrating effect. The Hydrafacial procedure itself is fast and efficient, only taking about 30 minutes to complete. Moreover, the results are instantly noticeable, and there is no recovery time needed.

Unlike microdermabrasion, which blasts the skin’s surface with aluminum oxide crystals, the Hydrafacial wand vacuums pores and then infuses the skin with moisturizing serums. This gentle approach is what makes Hydrafacials so soothing and refreshing.

A Hydrafacial improves the appearance of:

  • Oily, acne-prone skin
  •  Dry skin
  • Uneven skin tone
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Sun damage
  • Age spots
  • Blackheads
  • Enlarged and clogged pores

Diamond Microdermabrasion

The benefits of regular exfoliation are known to boost the condition of the skin. Microdermabrasion takes the effect of this one step further by using a safe yet highly effective mechanical system for exfoliating the skin, whisking away the top layer of dead skin cells and cleaning pores to reveal fresh, clear, new skin beneath. The benefits are not just short term, as the process of exfoliation stimulates cells renewal, which we all know slows down with ageing. The treatment speeds up cells turnover process so the skin continues to improve after the initial microdermabrasion session. After microdermabrasion treatment, soothing and therapeutic creams are applied. These can penetrate the skin more deeply after the treatment and are therefore more effective.

Indications: Hyperkeratosis, enlarged pores and dull skin without a fresh look, rough skin, dry skin, congested skin, skin irregularities, stretch marks, fines lines and wrinkles, uneven skin texture, age spots, pigmentation marks, acne scaring.

Radio-frequency skin tightening is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses radio waves to stimulate collagen production in the skin. The result is a smoother, tighter, and more youthful appearance.

This procedure is becoming increasingly popular due to its many benefits, including: -It reduces wrinkles and fine lines. -Gives an Improved skin texture. -Creates a lifted & tightened appearance on the skin.

Radiofrequency (RF) skin uses radiofrequency energy to heat and tighten the skin. It works by delivering RF energy to the deep layers of the skin causing the collagen fibres to contract and tighten. This gives an immediate tightening effect. In addition, there is a double benefit, as it tricks the skin into its natural healing process, producing more collagen.
